Report a problem

If you’ve encountered a technical issue or something isn’t working properly in ChatGNB, you can report it directly to our support team.

When to report a problem

You should report a problem if:

  • You can’t sign in but believe you should have access
  • A feature isn’t working (e.g., buttons, file uploads, chat interface)
  • Translations or outputs are failing to generate
  • You see an error message or system failure
  • You encounter repeated loading or session timeout issues
  • You believe there is a privacy or security concern

How it works

When you click Report a problem, a support form will open. Your request will be routed to the appropriate support level:

  • Tier 1: Basic access issues and sign-in problems
  • Tier 2: Functional problems with features or tools
  • Tier 3: System-level errors, data issues, or suspected security incidents

Please include as much detail as possible:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened
  • Any error messages or screenshots
