Report a problem
If you’ve encountered a technical issue or something isn’t working properly in ChatGNB, you can report it directly to our support team.
When to report a problem
You should report a problem if:
- You can’t sign in but believe you should have access
- A feature isn’t working (e.g., buttons, file uploads, chat interface)
- Translations or outputs are failing to generate
- You see an error message or system failure
- You encounter repeated loading or session timeout issues
- You believe there is a privacy or security concern
How it works
When you click Report a problem, a support form will open. Your request will be routed to the appropriate support level:
- Tier 1: Basic access issues and sign-in problems
- Tier 2: Functional problems with features or tools
- Tier 3: System-level errors, data issues, or suspected security incidents
Please include as much detail as possible:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened
- Any error messages or screenshots
