Who can use ChatGNB?

ChatGNB is currently in beta and access is limited to select Government of New Brunswick (GNB) employees.

Beta access through the Office of the Chief Information Officer​

During the beta phase, access to ChatGNB is managed by the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Departments interested in participating can submit a request through the OCIO. Access is being granted in stages to support controlled rollout, gather feedback, and improve the tool before broader availability.

Sign in with your GNB credentials​

ChatGNB uses your Active Directory (AD) account to sign in. This means you log in using the same username and password you use for other internal GNB systems. Single sign-on helps ensure that only authorized users can access the platform.

More access coming soon​

As ChatGNB moves beyond beta, additional departments and employees will be onboarded. Expansion timelines will be communicated through the OCIO and department representatives.
