Sign-in and access
ChatGNB is available to authorized Government of New Brunswick (GNB) employees and can be accessed anytime from any device.
Sign-in
You can access ChatGNB from any web browser, on any device — desktop or mobile.
- Visit the ChatGNB homepage
- Click Sign in
- Enter your GNB credentials (Active Directory login)
Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the ChatGNB start page and can begin your conversation.
Note: For security reasons, your session will time out if left unattended. You’ll be prompted to sign in again if your session expires.
Access
ChatGNB is currently in beta, and access is limited to selected users during this phase.
- Access is managed through Active Directory groups
- Departments must be onboarded through the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
- If your department has been onboarded, your Active Directory account will determine your access to the platform and available Modes
If you're unable to sign in or unsure whether your department has access, contact your IT team or the OCIO for support.
